Hopefully the SC will show much more intelligence and not throw millions of people off ACA because of 4 words written into the law... That's something only idiots like you would do, or want done....since you're incapable of doing anything other than piss and moan about the brutha in the WH.
 
Like Scalia sez, WE DONT KNOW WHAT CONGRESS INTENDED, WE KNOW WHAT THEY WROTE. Kennedy says, they create a Constitutional crisis if they find for the President, and a disaster if they find for the plaintiffs. Democrats created the problems. I suspect the Supremes will rule for the plaintiffs and not be happy about it.

Big fuckin deal...perhaps if the idiots on the right were actually interested in getting ANYTHING done, they wouldn't go on and on and on and on trying to find SOMETHING, ANYTHING wrong with the ACA....that has given people the opportunity to have health care... something the people WITH healthcare seem to hate that they get.

I find that to be very interesting. He's, in essence, punting it back to congress and hoping they can act like adults for a change. While it's a great idea, it's as if he has no idea what's been happening on capital hill. If the GOP were to step in and amend the law to clarify that Federal exchanges were okay, their entire core base will revolt. For that matter, they could have done so already.

Can he even do that? I mean once they've agreed to see a case I would assume that even if Congress DID change the law they'd still have to carry through.

As many recall, the GOP was locked outta the bedroom when ObamaCare was conceived, and most Democrats had no idea what was in it before it became law. So Obama has an ass fucking coming to him first.
