I have managed to find a really interesting FemDom blog, where the subject is an Executrix, i.e. a Domme who brings a male to death through ejaculation.

Haha... It's something I've joked about with lovers - but it's not something you ever want to try for.

People do die during sex, usually from heart attacks, but they don't die from too many orgasms. If you can't orgasm any more, you don't.

I do remember at the end of a long day of lovemaking my lover and I greedily went for just one more orgasm (for him - for me it was one more series of orgasms). Executrix - This Pokemon exudes psychic energy through its nipples.

Type: Psychic/Ice

Species: Human Shaped Pokemon

Height: 5'3"

Weight: 130 lbs (most of the weight is in the boobs)

Abilities:
Forewarn - Determines opponent's moves
Oblivious - Prevents attraction

Attacks:
Normal, Attract - causes Pokémon of the opposite gender to become infatuated. Infatuated Pokémon have a 50% chance of being immobilized by love each turn and unable to attack.

Psychic, Heart Stamp - Heart Stamp deals damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch

Ice, Frost Breath - Frost Breath deals damage and always results in a critical hit, doubling its power to 120.

Normal, Bind - inflicts damage on the first turn then traps the opponent, causing them to lose 1⁄16 of their maximum HP after each turn, for 4-5 turns. If the user holds a Grip Claw then it is always 5 turns
