That's right -20 degrees F here this morning.

brrr

No, that info didn't merit it's own thread, but I made a thread anyway.

Did your weather break any records?

It's 54 now. Should be 77 for the high.

Hope it warms up soon.

Not quite breaking a recodd...its -31 in town this morning, 30 miles away from the big lake at the ski hill they reported -45

Thats C but -40 C and F are the same thing so take it from there

a couple buddies from Ohio came up for snowmobiling yesterday...dumbasses

It was the low teens or below here this morning. While it's not the coldest day ever here, it is the coldest February 20th on record.

Laughs.

I wheeled the can to the curb this morning barefoot. At 3500 feet is was almost chilly. Not quite though.

I suspect this isn't filling Biden-Time with warmth and cheer.

Unusually warm. It's gonna be around 40 degrees today. Rain tomorrow. In February.

We did break a record here (or we were supposed to), but that was 25 degrees. That's Florida cold.

We are supposed to be 80 degrees by Sunday though.

I just saw Florida had snow somwhere. Glad I escaped that crazy bizness. Sheesh, gotta come home to warm up.

A couple of weeks ago we had a flurry. People lost their shit like it was a winter wonderland. But it wasn't cold enough to stick. In my lifetime, snow has only stuck once. And the whole city shut down.

cause we all know you're just being a dick and its really Obama's fault

no DUMMY

cause last year, COMMIE DeBLASIO killed a GROUNDHOG and the groundhogs buddies are taking revenge

Zoo Covers Up Bill de Blasio's Groundhog Murder

Like a giant trying to hold a human baby, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and his big, dumb hands dropped a helpless groundhog on February 2 (Groundhog's day). The poor hog died of internal injuries, and "then the coverup began," according to this New York Post exclusive.

Zoo in coverup after groundhog dropped by de Blasio dies

Mayor Bill de Blasio has groundhog blood on his hands! A week after Hizzoner dropped Staten Island…

It turns out that the groundhog, "Staten Island Chuck," was actually a "female impostor" named Charlotte. Charlotte died February 9 of "acute internal injuries," may she rest in peace. Here's the fall that killed her:

Why are we just hearing about this now? The Post reports:

Staten Island Zoo officials went to great lengths to hide the death from the public ... Instead of revealing the sad loss, the zoo—which gets nearly half of its $3.5 million in annual funding from the city—told the staff to keep the mayor's office in the dark about the animal's fate.

They told only a few zoo supporters — but claimed that the groundhog had died of natural causes.

How far does this thing go, huh? Assemblyman Matthew Titone (D-SI) seems to be in on it. "I was told he died of old age, that he went to that big farm in the sky," he said.

Sadly, if de Blasio remains in power, more groundhogs will likely die. "Zoo sources" told The Post, "The zoo plans to pull the same groundhog switcheroo next year by using the groundhog couple's young daughter—also named Charlotte—in the role of Chuck."

as usual, BUSYBODY gives you all THE REAL REASONS:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Oh, and its Obama's fault:)

Did you make Angels?

Single digits here. About 80 degrees colder than I'd like it to be. Summer can't come fast enough.

-15F a few nights, but otherwise an improvement over last Winter.

Minus 20 in West By God Virginny? Really?

We had 18 below just west of deetroit.. Brrrr

Busy: I knew you would tell us eventually :)

Chilly and cow dude: Ya'll are toughened up to these temps, I had so many clothes on last night that I looked like Randy from a Christmas Story

Aquagal: It is sad when you have to leave Florida to find warmth.

Magnetron: it seems winter has decided to squish its wintery ways into just a couple of weeks here, instead of the couple of months it took last year. All in all, I'm kinda ok with that.

However, I am worn out from covering call ins and other craziness that has been packed into this week. Spring can happen now, please.

Yossi and Jelly: this is just too much brrrrr all at once. Thank goodness for double digits over the weekend.
