is Tina Fey's Yoko Ono.

I have never found Poehler amusing, talented, or particularly clever.
I realize I am not her "Demographic" in age or sex, but let's face it, her book should have been titled " Riding Tina's Coat Tails"

Every time a slot opens up on any talk show someone tosses this duo's name into the mix.
Now I see it for " The Daily Show"

Let's turn yet another talk show into a rehash of " Weekend Update"

It makes me want to take the gas pipe.

Or maybe it's just all this fuckin snow talking

i like her.

also, tina needs to stop doing crappy movies. i love her, but that paul rudd thing she did hurt my soul.

I know a lot of people do.
I think she's a one trick pony with a talented friend.

yeah I'm not sure if that's her management or what, she's a brilliant writer she doesn't need to do shitty movies.

People Magazine's clothesline.com down again, Chatty Tathy?

she did mean girls and made lindsay lohan seem somewhat likable. that was amazing. what happened, tina. your ass used to be beautiful.

I like Amy Poehler on Parks and Rec, but never seek her out otherwise.

I've loved Poehler since Upright Citizens Brigade and she obviously didn't need Tina to be funny on SNL. I think they make a good team, though. I'd watch the shit out of any show they did.

except baby mama because nobody fucking saw that one. well, besides me. it was alright, but not great, imo. i blame dax. stopping fucking kristen bell, you bastard! you don't deserve her!

See, I like them so much that I'd definitely give a pass to Baby Mama. I probably would've hated it if it had been cast any other way.

Duh. They shouldn't be doing a news show, they should do another show like 30 Rock and Parks n' Rec called 30 Rec.

they made me far too happy in anchorman 2.

but so did jim carrey and that hot chick whose name i can't remember that christopher nolan seems to love putting in every other movie he makes, so maybe i'm just easy.

stupid memory.

Well Tina was on SNL with her for a while.
I think if you saw her on SNL and saw her "Old Navy" commercials you've seen the depth of her talent and acting ability.
It's no different than many other actors and comedians..they play the same basic character over and over.
But to suggest she and Tina should have gotten one of the late night spots or worse yet " The Daily Shows" just makes no sense to me

That was a painful movie.

also, i just wanna say that reading about rachel dratch and 30 rock really hurt my opinion of tina fey. still love her for 30 rock and being hot and funny and all, but damn was that douchey move.

I'm definitely a fan of Amy Poehler. Not only is she freaking hilarious, and pure gold when coupled with Tina Fey, her Smart Girls campaign is inspiring.
Tina Fey is hilarious, but her 30 Rock character is insecure and dependent on men for approval and promotion. Amy Poehler's Park and Rec character is independent, driven, optimistic, and gets things done without a man. I like that. And, yeah, her Smart Girls campaign is a constant source of kick ass upbeat news. But no matter, there's a reason these two smart cookies are best friends.
