it's funny: I thought of you when I posted this, remembering when you scolded me in the past for having my foot by my knee. I nearly apologized in the post! See, I don't know anything about yoga, but you told me my foot should be on my thigh or my calf, not stressing the knee. I just tend to challenge myself with balance poses, and knowing nothing about yoga, I think of this as make a four with your legs, sink into it, and rise... Now I try to keep in mind your lesson, but there are plenty of pics in archives from before you told me.
