Love snow? Hate it?

I hate that shit. It ices up the roads, sits on the panels and in the satellite so sometimes the utilities just randomly go out... I mean, it's pretty and I lived back in the day I'd like it because aesthetically it's gorgeous. But it causes too many first world problems.

Normally I love it. And we're expected to get between 2-3 feet in NYC over the next two days. But I recently tore my rotator cuff and I'm a little nervous about slipping and hurting it. The pain is pretty intense when I do something wrong.

I hate it and someone told me that we are getting 3 feet. I hope he was lying. I use to love snow as a kid. But now I hate it.

The answer to this question is completely determined by my mood. Right now, I'm kinda missing snow because we've not had any to speak of and there's none in the forecast.

Stay warm my Northeastern folks, and I lived in snow for a year and got used to it, regardless I like it but not too much either. Hate to have you guys plowing and shoveling..

I like southern snow....get a few dustings that makes everything look white and sparkly...then it's gone in a day and above freezing.

Loved it when I first moved out West. That's why I went. To ski my ass off. As I got older, snow in the city was too much of a hassle. Also, I was skiing less and less.

Finally, old age caught up with me. My last day on skis was so bad that I knew it was my last day on skis. That last run down the mountain was half melancholy and half just trying to get to the car and get home.

But it was all fun while it lasted.

Depends. I loved living in Chicago and I loved the summers there. My first winter there though was the worst in decades. I'll always have fond memories of Chicago. For me, it was the city of second chances.

Don't get much around here, which is fine by me. If I want snow, I head to the mountains.

I'm not a big fan of snow but seeing as Mother Nature doesn't care about my feelings on it, I don't have much choice. Not like I can call her up and ask her nicely to quit the snow.

I can count on my hands how many times Ive seen snow in my home state. So snow usually means vacation, I love snow.

But fcuk trees! Those bastards drop too many leaves!

Snow is pretty, and the cold kills mosquitos.
The lack of sunlight in the winter wears me down.

You mean that cold, wet, nasty-ass white shit that eventually turns various shades of grey?

Yuck.

I love snow, but not as much as I used to. I still being outside at night, as it snows. I love the smell, and how the sound is insulated. You hear where each noise is coming from because the snow absorbs much of the sonic reflections. I love the look.

Snow usually means it's warm enough to snow, so yay!!!!

I do not like ice, and I do not like temps below -10 F.

I really don't like ice storms or -25F.
