"Can" I? God I don't remember when single orgasms stopped being satisfying. Whenever I started becoming crazy horny, I guess. Sounds like you need to relax a little more and go with the flow of things. Forgive me if this is presumptuous, but it sounds like you go into touching yourself with the mentality that anything but an earth-shaking orgasm is a failure. And while it's true that those are awesome, you'd be better off just going slow enough where you can listen to your body and respond in kind. Even with sex, not every time is off the charts amazing, there's gonna be 'meh' orgasms. But there are less of those when you don't stress about performing to a standard.
