Found this great article online "The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck." A really funny, thoughtful and insightful read. This is one of the life goals (not resolutions) I have set for myself in 2015. That was my biggest problem in 2014 I allowed myself to care too much about what other people thought about me. Not this year.

The (sincere) no-fucks-given attitude, or as I prefer to think of it a devil-may-care attitude is key to a lot of social situations.

People are attracted to what they perceive as confidence. Not having to stop to ask for approval or being held back by an anticipation of it, is a mode of confidence. It's alluring to see someone who doesn't seem caged by the same chains the rest of us feel bound by.

Simple in concept; difficult in practice.

It helps whenever somebody says something that hurts my feelings and I start to get mad or sad about it, I think "Yeah but... you're dumb."

People try to trick me into thinking they're important and I go, "No, you're not!"

I don't really care what other people think, I mean, they're usually wrong most of the time anyway. There are things that I give a fuck about that I wish that I didn't. It's not something that is hardwired to a switch. Unless you're a sociopath. I don't think I'm a sociopath, but I could be. Probably not.

It was just a suggestion where to start. Something else I repeatedly do: I imagine shoving people down a bunch of stairs. There ain't no way anybody falls down stairs gracefully; especially not when they're pushed. It doesn't improve the way they view me but I start to like them a little better. :D

That is a fact. Whenever I have a bad day, I gave consideration to someone I should not have even acknowledged.

Me TOO!!!

I am a little worried about possibly having super powers though.

I was recently thinking unkind thoughts about Senator Harry Reid. I was idly snapping a rubber band while I ruminated....
