Sunday morning on The LIT

morning :)

it's a dark grey afternoon here, but it's sunny in my heart! any plans for the day?
 
The snow is a dreary gray, streaked with loamy blacks and brownish clays, brushed on by a week long arctic blast from the lips of Boreas himself.
 
Bright and sunny with not a cloud in the sky. The sun glare off the snow reminds of the bitter cold though.

I'm not sure about today.

yesterday was a gathering for a family member who had a mile stone birthday and some errands.

I've noticed the dogs are almost out of treats. This should be rectified else they may drive us all insane begging for treats that are not available. They are just the tiniest bit spoiled, and if i ever find the culprit who did the spoiling, I vow to give them a stern talking to.
 
It is a black and miserable day here in Houston. Woke up this morning to a rare constant barrage of thunder.

Edited to add: No sooner did I post this, the heavens have opened up again for round two. Fantastic timing!

I was putting my pressure cooker away for the winter, which led to me making room on the floor in the pantry, which led to sweeping said floor, which lea to vacuuming the dirt and dust bunnies, which led to sweeping the adjoining kitchen floor, which led to moving the bucket and mop out of the way in the utility closet, which led to thinking... 'Johnny, you might as well pour some hot water and smell good in that bucket and push the mop around."
 
I've done a load of laundry, and have cleaned the kitchen. Now to vac the house and mop.
 
Sunday is almost finished for me and I've done absolutely nothing with the day.
 
I haven't kept up with NFL in...oh let's see... hmmm...Oh yeah, never.

Who should i root for today?
 
Monday morning here :)
It's going to be a lovely sunny 27 deg C.
I have the morning for study, and then off to my first training session this afternoon.
Nothing too strenuous!

Sounds like a nice day with just enough activity.

I have a fat little Basset in my life these days. She gets on my last nerve sometimes, but I have also missed having a dog around, too.
 
Spent my morning talking to someone that arms my heart,My afternoon with my lovely Fam and errands.
cold but not overly so today.Enjoyed my walk.Now time for music to sooth my soul...
