The judges in my county discontinue performing marriages as of 5 January when Florida is forced to issue marriage licenses to faggots.

Hooray
Our Clerk of the Court refuses to perform gay marriages too.
I'm not so sure they perform marriages as they are charged with issuing licenses, and they will be doing that.
"Pinellas Clerk of the Circuit County Ken Burke, along with Frank, said it is likely some couples will have already completed the marital counseling class before Tuesday, which means ceremonies could start taking place Tuesday morning. "

The federal judge says clerks CAN issue marriage licenses, and most WILL, but this county is refusing to perform all marriages. Our county clerk says she doesn't have the money to hire enough people willing to marry people, and cant transfer people around because of their essential skills doing other services.
BS. It's an excuse.
Hopefully they get their heads sued for refusing to do their jobs. It's happened elsewhere.
You don't get to pick and choose because your feelings might get hurt. So long as someone meets the requirements to get married, you give them a certificate.

Where are you getting your information from? Your county clerk insists on the opposite.
"Couples Registration Now Open for Clerk’s 9th Annual Valentine’s Day Group Wedding at Florida Botanical Gardens
Registration is now open for the Clerk’s 9th Annual Valentine’s Day Group Wedding. Up to fifty couples are expected to be joined together for one group wedding ceremony on Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14, 2015 in the romantic and picturesque Wedding Garden of the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo.
A single ceremony will unite all couples in attendance. As part of the ceremony, the couples will be treated to a beautiful poem written by Myriam Irizarry, Chief Deputy Director of the Clerk’s Office, followed by musical serenades complimenting the beauty of the occasion. The couples and their guests will celebrate with wedding cake and refreshments provided by local sponsors. The Clerk has waived the normal $30 fee to perform the marriage. Standard marriage license fees will still apply."

From my front yard I can throw a rock to 4 different places.
You don't realize by now that JBJ reads a news snippet, then just makes things up based on it? Like his thread about the FCC saying the Redskins could keep their name. Or any number of his other threads.Where are you getting your information from?

I hope your judges and clerks have their resumes all polished up b/c they won't have a job for long.
Review the November election results, Smokey.
And after they refuse to do their job for however long?? Going to have a lot of fucking pissed off people looking to fire those mother fuckers, 2014 NOV election results aside.
They will give in and do their fucking jobs, or they will be replaced.
