A Litster started a thread. In this thread said litster, and one other, conversed merrily until others showed up. Thereupon, they became surly and rude, demanding the unworthy others leave their thread and leave them to their merry private posting. Most, took their leave, back out into the wilds of the GB, looking for places where, they too, could merrily post.
Then other threads were made. Threads where people could post both merrily and sardonically, happily and sarcastically, confident in the knowledge that while they might experience rudeness (for that is the GB way) they would not be ordered out into the wilds to fend for themselves.
So come and sit a spell, post as you wish. The bar is stocked, there is coffee and tea, and plenty of food to nibble on. Make yourself at home.
