Fast Turnaround

I submitted a two chapter story and both chapters were posted in two days. They weren't contest stories. To top it off they were loving Wives so needless to say they are getting a lot of reads but not the best score. LOL

Thanks, I haven't posted as many stories this year and haven't really noticed. I did get one day turn around on my contest stories.

Do you guys think it's because there's less stories being submitted?

Before, stories took roughly 3-5 days before being posted, and the New List covered the first page, and sometimes spilled over to the second page.

Now, it seems like there's roughly the same number of new stories, but the submissions are apparently quicker.

No. I think it's because Laurel is just pushing them through faster--and maybe a bit faster to reject them too. I had one rejected for possible underage last week that has no underage in it--just like the 730 she had already passed through over the last few years (like I wouldn't know and follow that rule). It got posted as originally written.
