This is not good news. Not just from the standpoint that two officers were executed, but from the standpoint of community relations. Tensions have just been escalated a hundred fold. And as a result of that escalation I expect to see officer's nationwide reacting to any given situation more out a sense of self-preservation rather than trying to defuse the situation.

They use to kill cops in the bad hoods of Detroit. Cops stopped answering calls....Detroit burned itself down. Now parts of Detroit is a ghost town.
