Truth be told my yard gets very little. My yard is a classic well taken care of yard thats nice because of the mechanical treatment and non chemical care it receives.

I try to convey the same things to clients but not everyone cares.

House is clean and I paint a few rooms each year but yeah. I keep a tidy home.

No pets and no smoking I'd only have to actually "clean" it twice a year
