Every time I see MWY's pic I think of our neighborhood. There's a family down the street who puts up one of those inflatable Santas every year, posed in front of their porch. When it's deflated it looks much like the pic (with the exception of naughty bits), just flopped against the railing as if passed out from a bender the night before. :D

So, did my Photoshop work to create the "naughty bits" pay off?

BTW, I despise those inflatable lawn decorations. My neighbor has a whole collection o them.

I think they're mostly silly, but I'm fond of the one that looks like a giant snowglobe. I prefer reasonably calm lights. I get a kick out of some of the houses around here...until Friday it was still in the 70s, and here are these houses all decked out in the icicle light strings. Then again, there are the intrepid souls who string lights on their saguaro cacti.
