This Reminds Me Of You

How marvelous! I like to think that as a voice among many here I sometimes may serve to put a silly face on the necessary unpleasantness of this ongoing evolution we all make up. But honestly, you've elevated me far beyond the truth. That I'm just a dude who really is only checking everyday to see if Garnate is three pints deep and has her kit off, or if Mona or Eve have finally succumbed to each's independent, yet equally compelling desire to PM me out of the blue and set up a coffee date. I thank you all the same though and have definitely noticed your voice here as one of honesty, part babygirl and salty dog. A mix not completely unattractive if I dare say. (...drawing my pinky to my lips like Dr Evil.)

Now.....if on the other hand you're implying I spew detritus as a function of gettin' on, well politely keep it to yourself and while I've no further consideration on the matter know that you are off. my. Christmas list.

It's no elevation, just a mirror of the truth: you are a delightful person with a delightful brain. It could be missed, if not attended to properly. If I stumbled upon that scene, I would consider myself lucky to have seen it.

There is no denying the pull of the Freudian hypothesis...it's pretty fantastic to think about you having a giant, wiggly, wildly colored, penis. In fact, I would say it's irresistible!

Me too. I liked what we read in school but I know now that I never really "got it" back then in the way he would have intended for a reader to get it. The subtext. Lately I've been thinking a lot more about him and F. Scott Fitzgerald and realizing that it would have enriched their texts a lot more for me if we had covered more of what the culture was like when they were writing.

I think I feel a Lit road-trip to Spain, followed by the South of France, may be in order. Nothing says 'tortured American writer of the 20s and 30s' like a view of the Mediterranean and a chilled bottle of the local white.

MARONE... if I wouldn't fall like rain into your charms. Today the sun never appeared, and in the east you rose instead to shine down on my smiling face :)

Yeah....Eve and Mona. Eve can slip the jab better than a professional MMA fighter can which is exasperating because I've been trying to take her down for some proper ground and pound for ages. If the written word were a lasso I'd hog-tie her with prose. Mona....well I'm trying play it cool, ease up and bite that biscuit like a sexy vampire and put her under my pimp trance.
