Today is when the weekend sales start at the Piggly Wiggly.

Barilla pasta is on sale for a dollar a box. You can't beat that with a stick.

Brussel's Sprouts. No point in putting them on sale. I'd not take em if they were free.

Artichoke Hearts are pretty good, I'll put them on the list.

Dasani water - that's my favorite kind.

Hillshire Horse Cocks - two for one. They freeze well and you can throw them in the slow cooker with some kraut. No fuss, no muss.

Eggs are on sale... I like to keep a couple dozen hard boiled in the fridge. I use the white store-bought ones for hard boiling, but I get brown ones from my neighbor for fresh. Interesting story: She used to be a model and decided she wanted to be a gentleman farmer. So she bought a few acres about 4 miles away and raises goats and lambs and chickens.

Duck is on sale. I have a duck in the freezer, but you can never have too many.

80/20 for $1.29 a pound. Maybe I'll get a few pounds.

I don't remember men working I those stores, lol. Every time I have been in one it was always a woman working...what's the deal?

The guy I talked to was cool but so direct it almost unnerved me...and there are very few people in the world who can make me feel nervous that way.

The funny part is that he thought he was educating or counseling me on sex, lol. He totally mistook my nervousness for inexperience in naughty sex. Said I should get a waterproof dildo and go home and get to know my body in the shower.
