Can we get a feature that allows us to add a memo or note for why we put someone on ignore?

Like: "Ignored busybody on 12/10/14, because he's a raving racist lunatic".

Ha! That's not such a bad idea. Sort of like a scarlet letter or reverse-engineered "kick me" sign on your back or something.

Most people are on perma-ignore, but some people just post too much in blurt threads or something, and I'd like to remember why I put them on ignore in the first place, in case I want to ever take anyone off.
