Though Peach did not know it as she floated out her request, I have always had a thing for lipstick and lip gloss. A woman's lips wet with it are a thing of beauty, gloss catching in the light, sparkles shifting as she speaks or smiles. The color is wonderful. It could be a tiny bit brighter. Maybe based on brown instead of on red. But that is criticizing on a high level. On a very high level.

Your confessions are arousing. I have to confess that I myself feel a tingle when I take the lid from a lipstick and apply it (the lipstick, not the lid) on my lips. The smell is rich, fat, a tiny bit scented, a tiny bit chemical, promising and I know I'll have it right under my nose for a long time, even if my conscious brain doesn't register it after a short time anymore -just like it happens with perfume- my unconscious registers it very well.
