Make up sex after an argument

Here's my idea. A couple gets into an argument over whatever, and they ignore each other for a long period of time. Later, the man or woman, approaches the other and apologizes. They kiss and it leads to them having sex.

Everyone knows there is a fine line between anger and arousal. I'd like to see the anger that two people are expressing toward each other, during the argument, get them so turned on that the fighting turns into a hair-pulling, teeth-grinding, rage-fueled bout of savage sexual activity.

Would take a very skillful writer, though. I doubt I could pull it off, except maybe as comedy.

I'm reminded of the scene in History of Violence where the wife and husband are fighting-physically-then next thing you know she's pulling at his jeans and they fuck on the staircase.

When he's done she kicks him in the face and storms upstairs.

Kind of like my first marriage.

I was thinking of that same scene! Also, a scene in "War of the Roses." And an episode of "Frasier." It's a well-traveled trope.
