We all know if he had been white and assaulted a cop causing the discharge of a firearm inside the vehicle and charged the cop he would be a dead white guy. He would have lain in the street for 4.5 hours while evidence was gather to make sure it went down as the cop said it did, and the exact same results would have happened.

Oh, except for race-baiting assholes like you would not have gone to find an 8th grade picture of the white miscreant to have a new poster child to inflame racial tensions and get another generation of black males not to trust the police.

It's like the Zimmerman case: If Martin had been white, Zimmerman would have been arrested immediately, not when the police got around to it in response to public pressure, and his conviction would have been such a foregone conclusion that he almost certainly would have taken a deal.

If Martin had been a white burglar out casing homes over their back fences, and jumped the neighborhood watch guy pounding his head into the pavement we would never have heard about the irrelevant fact that he stopped for skittles and a tea while out casing homes.

The pictures of the damage martin did to zimmerman would never have been with held from the grand jury, there would have been no indictment and we never would have heard about it.

Zimmerman WAS indicted. And it sure wasn't a prosecutor disinterested in getting an indictment since she violated professional standards to get the indictment.

Zimmerman should never have had to stand trial. Since he was acquitted despite overwhelming public pressure that tells you something.

Well, it doesn't tell you and those like you that "know" what should happen anything. No grand jury, no trial necessary, let's lynch them!
