Might I suggest that, since I understand the thread's originator has since died in mysterious, hot circumstances, the thread is moved to How to as a tribute/warning, and to support that forum's newest moderator in achieving her glorious goals?

1) warm milk
2) an orgasm
3) Benadryl

Also, if you're using your laptop or smartphone in bed, stop. Put it away.

Make your room nice and dark.

If you have earplugs handy, use those. I don't know why, but these help.

No, not Manu. Remnants of shampoo beneath Muguet Fleuri - a perfume sample I dabbed on post shower. It smells slightly green and fresh with lots of lily of the valley.
