i read an article yesterday accusing big medical corporations of manufacturing ebola and distributing it through WHO vaccination clinics in west africa.

i believe AIDS was mentioned in the article as well.

anyways. i do hope a vaccination can be created and provided to the entire region. not being anywhere close to a scientist, this is where i place my faith in humanity.

This is politicization. This is saying that the President cannot be blamed for any of his choices including a flight ban because he is powerless to do this. If he is powerless, why does he say that instead of telling us he has decide that it is not necessary when it worked in Nigeria, but keeps letting cases get here. What is currently happening is the smug reliance on the altruistic and education going out of their way to work with government and keep us safe. However, as we saw with the first patient this passion lay contains not-so-educated players as well as the possibility of malicious players who will simply give false information.

He was self-monitoring and knew he was not exhibiting the known symptoms.

Please do not become part of the right-wing hysteria. Stay cool, like the President and rest assured that ebola is no more a serious threat than, say, Iran...

Well, in the event of an ignorant player, that comforts me, in the case of a malicious player, that kind of alarms me since they may provide false data in much the same way that the first patient did.
