Did a newspaper prod a cartoonist to write a racist caption for his editorial cartoon, this week ?

Attention whoring is worth money-
"Look at us! We are shameless. We are willing to to print anything that will call attention to our newspaper."

Does anyone buy the cartoonist's story ?

Does anyone buy the idea that the newspaper made a sincere apology on the national stage ?

If America Reacted to the Pumpkin Festival in Keene, New Hampshire Rioters Like they were protesters from Ferguson, MO

Young adults of college age, take over a family friendly festival. Drunken, violent, destruction of property. Public disturbances, all day long, all night long.

VS

Non-violent, long term protest of decades long abuses of power and justice by the Ferguson police force. (With the exception of selfish, self centered, youthful arse-holes. These young people were from outside the Ferguson community, and were not there to seek social justice.

Be part of the group that is approved of by American Conservatives
Be a young, healthy American adult

Time is money-
Airlines do not like inconvenient passengers.
It cuts into their profits.

Do not be a child
Do not be old
Do not be disabled
Do not be blind, deaf, or have a speech disability
Do not be ill
Do not have a broken leg
Do not have cancer
Do not have your service dog with you

All of these issues will get you thrown off of the plane.

If you are helpless, you will be dumped and left stranded

The strange and sad tale of Josh Inglett of Wisconsin

His father is a pastor. His mother is a teacher.
Back in June of 2013, Walker decided to
withdraw Josh's appointment to the UW
Board of Regents.
Walker asked Josh if he had signed the recall.
Josh was truthful, and admitted that he had signed.
He had signed the petition as he was exiting a
department store. He had signed in support of his mother.

Is everyone that signed the petition, on a blacklist ?

(Who was it, that unearthed Josh's signature? Shouldn't they have checked, before they promised him a two year appointment ? Walker's jackals painted Josh as a dishonest person, because he had not volunteered the information.)

Sure, I expect high school children to pull pranks, among their schoolmates. I do not expect adults to do such disrespectful things in public, among their peers and families. For shame!

Slate magazine contributor notices that the Extreme Far Right Christians have
constructed a new term to describe Infanticide-

"after birth abortion"
(Why does this term remind me of 1/ 01/ 2011 "Lib Tosser" ?)

The Extreme Right trumpets their virtue, in their opposition to late term abortions.
This protest serves double duty-
Label the mother a murdering slut, and save the State's coffers from peeling off some cash for a medical procedure.

In an Extremist's mind, if the slut wanted to have a healthy child, she should have inherited, married, or earned the cash to pay for her own medical care.

I have been 're- watching the BBC version of " House of Cards."

There is a scene in one of the episodes, where a less callous member of the administration protests the heartless denial of medical treatment to the elderly.

The MP,has an answer to his protest- The elderly who were dumped onto the street, did not pay their payment to their insurance coveage.

No payment, no treatment.

They (the elderly ) should not expect to live forever, in perfect health, at the cost of the tax payer...

His comment- "There are too many old people in this country. It is a problem."

Is this what the Conservatives and Tea Party Nutcases say about pregnant women ?
"There are too many pregnant women in the USA. It has become a problem."
"Let us vote to deprive them of medical care, and send them to anti_abortion clinics that will put cash into the hands of our allies and supporters."

"There are too many poor children being born in the USA. It has become a problem."
"Let us vote in favor of For Profit Schools, funded by tax payer dollars."
"Let us vote to give the poor children less, and our corporate election contributors, more!"

In the past, did the Conservatives cry out these words ? -"There are too many crazy people in this country. It has become a problem."

Nationwide, the mentally ill were dumped onto the street. The funds for giving the mentally ill an alternative to cruel and abusive institutions, never materialized.

It fit very well, with the Conservative view- The mentally ill had no money to pay for their own care. Therefore, they would get none. That is, until the friends of Conservatives started building Private Prisons for Profit. A drugged and caged mentally ill person is a good source of profit for a prison. All that cash finds its way into Conservative pockets.

Charlie Baker is crying on camera, during a political debate
about some fictional fisherman, and his family.
Oh, this family is suffering because of these cold hearted Democrats!
Where was this fisherman from?
Not from where Baker said.
The Standard Times and people in the area talked among themselves.
None of the fisherman knew who he was referring to.
Southcoasttoday prints the article.
What is the fisherman's name?
"We do not know the name of the person," is all Baker'campaign had to say.
Baker does not give a fuck.
The Boston Globe did track down a Stoughton man who might fit the description that Baker gave, who fished out of South Boston.
That man does not want to talk. His wife said that her husband was not the weepy fisherman that Baker talked about. The weepy fisherman cannot be found on tape.

Fish Tale for sure!

And his family really did suffer, because of evil Democrat
