I've been going crazy trying to find these online. Just to read the story. No luck, I did, however, find a local bookstore that has an original copy for only like twenty-five bucks. I think I might end up trying to pick it up if I can't find it online anywhere.

Yes -- I had noticed that. It's a recurring feature in the book of Gil Elvgren's work that I browse regularly. As you say, eyebrows are very expressive and, if drawn well, can convey emotions in such a subtle way. It's amazing how just a slight arching of an eyebrow can transform an image of innocent disregard into one of sexy playfulness. That's why I love faces so much. :)
