Checking google, "Lovet" is apparently a women's clothing store. So, the most important thing for me, in that women's clothing store would be price and selection.
If you meant lover, I would say intelligence followed by maturity, and enthusiasm.
Do you think that it is more difficult for intelligent women to find a partner?

Well, I probably should say the one I had with my now wife.
But honestly, I think it was my first first date. My very first date.
She made out with me. At the time, that was like "skyrockets."
It was, of course, doomed to failure. But we had a good time, and it was a true first.

It wasn't exactly a "date" date, but this sticks out as a horrible experience anyway. I brought my then-boyfriend to a party at my cousin's apartment. By the end of the night he was hooking up with my cousin. Fucked up in more ways than one.

I honestly have very little. Perhaps I wouldn't have gotten in a fight with my long time friend our freshman year in high school.
There was a girl I dated once, I wish it was zero.
Mostly, I think I wish I had been more sensitive to what my wife was experiencing as a stay at home mom. I also wish I had been less stressed and volatile during that same period (work, in particular).
