word(ish). the song is alright and all, but it mostly just really works for the show. also, the whole opening credits sequence is just damned near perfect.

I forgot how good the song is because the show was THAT good.
The song stands on its own for me. The slapping of the telecaster and that Hammond B3 with the Leslie spooling up soft and understated. It makes my ears happy.
