New Witness to Michael Brown Shooting

Assuming Johnson is even "an admitted felon", who has the most to gain by lying?
- Johnson, who isn't facing any charges?
- Wilson, who is potentially facing murder charges?

Luckily, if Wilson is charged and goes to trial, the case won't rely solely on the statement of either one.

Johnson has already admitted to the robbery. And he is facing murder charges pending the outcome of the investigation.

Report: Key Ferguson Witness Dorian Johnson Changes Story, Admits Brown Attacked Officer Wilson And Tried To Take His Gun…

If true this would obviously be a game-changer when it comes to charging Officer Wilson.

Via local radio station 100.7:

Remember, you saw it and heard it here first. We have heard (from a VERY connected national media source) that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brown. The key: Dorian Johnson has now admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary. When this news is made official, we all have reason to be concerned about the reaction.

Dorian Johnson, who was with Missouri teen Michael Brown when a police officer killed him, will not face charges in connection with the store robbery in which police say Brown was a suspect, police say. "We have determined he committed no crime," Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson said Friday.
So he isn't a felon according to the police department.

Retroactively charging him with murder for merely being present at the police car would be a stretch and won't happen.

Well, that defuses another excuse to riot.

If the cop is cleared you can count on the DOJ to prosecute him for something - anything to satisfy the mob.

Spike Lee Inciting Violence In Ferguson: “I Hope Things Will Really Blow Up” If Officer Isn’t Convicted…

Spike Lee

You stay classy, Spike Lee.

Via Breitbart:

After a week of rioting and confrontations in Ferguson, Missouri, filmmaker Spike Lee said he hoped that “things will really blow up” if Officer Darren Wilson is tried and the people of Ferguson are unhappy with the verdict.

Lee made his incendiary remarks on Tuesday’s Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN, saying that, even though he does not have the facts, “something smells bad in Ferguson, and it’s not just tear gas.”

“And I’m not saying that people should burn down stuff and riot and loot,” Lee told host Anderson Cooper. “But this is not the first time we’ve seen this. And I just hope that things will really blow up if the people aren’t happy with the verdict of this upcoming trial.”

See how many of the Liberal elites are agitating for a riot?

WILL SPIKE GO AND PUT HIS ASS ON THE LINE???

Fuck no...

... he won't even send his body guards.

That's what I said from Day One.

Civil Rights prosecution with a black DC jury.

ANd they will still riot because there won't be enough for a death sentence.

Holder is one his way down there to declare him guilty.

The chief law enforcement officer of the United States doesn't give a rat's ass about justice. Apparently he thinks it's not part of his job description. He's just another corrupt cog in the Obama machine. The administration is lousy with worthless POS like him.

Nahhhh...the country's black leadership will persuade them to stop.

That's likely how it will come down, but wouldn't it be nice if it went the other way? That once the truth is out, people respect it?

LOL... ok ok, I'm not smoking anything, just had a moment...

Too many people want revenge, not justice.

*snickering* at the bastions of white privilege here lecturin' "those people" on how they should listen to their "black leaders".

Interesting how shouting fire in the theater is still free speech in some quarters. Inciting or inflaming an actual riot is excusable on the left?

Oh wait...he started the sentence with "I'm not saying" that makes it SO much better.

I wonder if he just appended. "I'm not sayin', I'm just saying" to the end if that would also cover his ass?
