New Witness to Michael Brown Shooting

It's also about the only NRO article in the last five years that AJ hasn't c+p'd. Can't think why that would be.

I'm sure it's an inadvertent oversight. He's been busy "rape-proofin'" his "daughter" via his superior parenting skillz lately.

Which two witnesses say Brown attacked the cop? Do you have their names? I'd like to read or hear what they have to say, if you could point me to that information.

lol...please tell me you're not actually expecting that. :D

Well it is JamesJohnson, the proud racist. He's making it up out of his ass. I don't believe anything that comes out of his mouth, he hates black people anyway.

Did anybody else see the video of Brown committing a strong-arm robbery at the liquor store?

What is his height/weight? He looked huge.

The article is a non sequitur in regard to what I posted. I posted questions about black on black murder in Chicago in regard to the political actions of Obama and Holder, not as any comparison to events, or statements, in Furgeson, or in an attempt to show equivalency to the police shooting there.

So pack that article up and apply it to others.

I pointed that there has been outrage over the high murder rates in Chicago and crime has dropped significantly starting the first quarter of 2014.

That doesn't take away the fact that there are police that abuse their power over citizens in this country. The kid was unarmed. Police have always abused their power, but it is coming to light due to social media and cameras.

At this point I have no idea why the authorities are not releasing the cop's version of what happened in the final seconds before the fatal shot or shots were fired. If Brown was bumrushing the cop, as a friend of the cop says, the shooting would have been justified self defense. So far all the eyewitnesses seem to say that was not the case.

Smearing the victim again? Was it confirmed that it was Brown? Or is it the case of 'they all look alike', hmm, balladeer?

And the kid was shot multiple times, found wearing shorts and a tshirt, unarmed.

And what has that to do with Ferguson? That's EXACTLY what the article is talking about, you fucking retard.

It was Brown, Now. Even his friend who was with him at the store and at the scene of the shooting has confirmed it. Brown was a bad guy. Doesn't mean he deserved to die, necessarily. Depends entirely on what he was doing in the last few seconds of his life.

Victim? That would depend on what the investigation reveals. Which hasn't been done yet. So labeling him "victim" is as premature as labeling him "criminal".

The video says it is him. If it isn't, then the news media blew it.

Lots of things about events such as this always strike me as odd.

For example, how does looting display support for him? Why is there always looting?

Why is everyone is such a rush to choose sides before the facts are in?

Both sides of the argument seem to try to deny/ignore any evidence that does not support their pre-judged position.

And then comes the name-calling and the juvenile and idiotic offers to fight over the internet.

Nothing, and that is my point. I didn't make the reference to Chicago in answer to the police shooting there, I made them in regard to Obama and Holder's selective outrage, in inserting themselves in Furgeson and not Chicago.

I'll use small words for you. That. Is. What. The. Piece. Is. Saying.

Sorry, had to use two syllables at the end there.

Just to be pedantic, you didn't HAVE to use two syllables. Like this:

That. Is. What. The. Piece. Said.

There. Happier?

If you look at the tape objectively it looks like a normal transaction and then something goes wrong. There is an argument and it escalates. Dorian actually placed the ones Mike handed him back on the counter.

Total speculation on my part but I'm thinking the clerk was charging more than he thought they should cost and he gave him what he felt they should cost.

Another rumor is that the store said they never called police. If that's true it makes sense the issue was about how much he paid. Or maybe he got mad and said fuck you and just took them.

Nobody knows, pure speculation. But let's go with the smear campaign for justifying killing 'another black brute', yes?

If the people were angry enough to riot, then that tells you there has been a strong undercurrent brewing in this community for such a long time as with all riots in human history. I don't condone looting, but it occurs in many riots.

Yep, like was he attacking and assaulting a police officer.

I've seen photos of the officer, and he wouldn't have stood a chance against Brown in a fight, in my opinion. That is, without using his firearm.

I happen to be about the same size as Brown was, and I recognize what he did as a strong arm robbery. He used his size to intimidate the store clerk and walk off with what he wanted. I don't condone that kind of thing.

The only relevance the robbery has to the shooting, other than the officer who stopped Brown may have known about the robbery before the shooting, is it shows Brown was capable of being aggressive and intimidating.
