...which leaves me helplessly wondering if any of the other 50 are any other "color" than the picture TWP obviously intended to paint.

...and then, despite that uneven population makeup, intentionally attempts to make a "race" issue out of the fact that "The office of Missouri’s attorney general concluded in an annual report last year that Ferguson police were twice as likely to arrest African Americans during traffic stops as they were whites.

Anyway, I highly doubt there're any rational-thinking members in either the Ferguson Police Department or the Ferguson population - whatever "color" any of them (or TWP) may choose to identify themselves as...

A NYTimes article says 6 black cops. It also says Ferguson is a bedroom town for blacks with ties to St.Louis. Folks move to Ferguson to escape St. Louis. Blacks don't seem to give a shit about Ferguson politics, and don't vote.

The obvious solution is to hire lots more cops and train them to victimize the public strictly in accordance with available demographic data. Then no one can claim it's racism.

They already do that. The cops railroad people based more on social status than on race. This means that, although the innocent people in prison are disproportionately black, there are probably more whites, strictly because of the larger population. Of course, there is no way to find out how many innocent people have been railroaded because most people claim they are innocent, whether they are or not.

In fact cop arrests are based on the calls they get, and most of their calls come from the black community. I studied it.

Go to any black neighborhood, late at night, and the streets are fulla kids and young adults. White neighborhoods are empty and quiet.

Try it and see if I'm wrong. It explains why black kids do poorly at school.

If you read old magazines like DeBows Agricultural Journal cotton planters constantly complained that they couldn't make their slaves go to bed at an early hour or eat right or dress appropriately or rest at noon (slaves had a 2 hour midday break to eat and nap).
