New Witness to Michael Brown Shooting

I think it's quite possible Brown went for the officer's gun, but if the officer shot Brown in the back as he was running away, then shot him again after he stopped, turned around, and raised his hands, that's murder.

Youre a moron and a fool. Pay attention to the facts.

Uh oh they have pix of Michael Brown robbing the convenience store. Lotsa 6-4, 294 pound negroes out on the streets.

I saw the photos. No doubt it's Brown. So he was a bad guy. I'll shed no tears for him, but under our system the cop had no right to kill him, if the witness is correct about the sequence of events that led up to the fatal shot or shots being fired.

The cop had injuries, Brown was attempting to escape from arrest. GAME OVER YOU LOSE!

I am paying attention to the facts. I'm also paying attention to the witness to the shooting. And there's no doubt you are the moron and fool, clearly demonstrated over and over again on this board.

The medical record will prove who's the moron. If the cop had injuries youre fucked.

Not if the witness is correct. The moment Brown stopped and turned around with his hands up, if he did, there was no reason to kill him.

Fuck you, you idiot asshole.

you're talking to a troll. in fact, one of the most transparent trolls on the entire board. think about that for a second then go scream at a wall for half an hour. compare and contrast.

Of course he's a troll. He's also a real human being who gets his kicks out of using racial epithets, etc. I'm addressing him personally when I call him an idiot asshole.

One of the "witnesses" who provided that information was his robbery partner named "Johnson."

Here is what bothers me about the case. We're hearing form local news who are giving a far different story than the National Press who rushed down because of the Treyvon Effect. They are presenting only one side of the story, they presented it first, loud and with the assurance that has led to sympathy riots all over the nation. Some of the details that would work in the favor of the police, especially a white policeman were simply not being reported. For example, the two national reporters, one from the unbiased Huffington Post, reported that the paramilitary-style Gestapo police arrested and harassed them for no reason and that was the story the National Press ran with, because it fit their pre-determined template that they use in all of these cases, but local press says the owners of the McDonald's asked them to leave, they refused, the cops were called and in their arrogance of being "big-time" reporters out to report on redneck police gone crazy on black people, they gave them a bunch of lip and were hauled off for refusing to obey law enforcement.

So once again, the Liberal National Press did what it always does, takes the perpetrator, turns him into an innocent youth minding his own business when an evil white guy with a gun tracked him down and murdered him.

I'm not saying that the cop did not wrongfully shoot the young man, but not for a second am I going to pass judgement on the officer until we've even had a chance to see his side of the case.

no way. the board racists are on the side of the white cop. i'm simply stunned and stuff.

I'm a racist?

Because my first reaction is not, WHITE COP GUILTY IN MURDER OF INNOCENT BLACK "BOY" WHO WAS JUST STANDING AROUND ALL INNOCENT AND ALL?

;)

btw, what college was he about to attend? Barber?

We have not even had the chance to question these witnesses and discover if they actually saw that, were involved in the crime, or telling the national press exactly what they know they want to hear.

I'm not sure if you're a racist, but you certainly enjoy race-baiting.

And you certainly loved racially-tinged drama, it gives you yet another opportunity to mount your soapbox and lecture us on the Way Things Ought To Be.

If you had been following my earlier comments on this matter you would know I gave little credence to Johnson's version of events. The reason I started this thread was because I saw witness Tiffany Mitchell on TV discussing the shooting, and I was very impressed with her and her veracity and credibility. She clearly indicates she saw Brown being shot as he was fleeing the police officer, then stop and turn around with his hands up, then get shot again. If she is right, that is murder. Probably not first degree murder, but murder.

I agree with a lot of what you're saying, but the bottom line on all of this is whether the killing was justified. It does not appear to me it was.

I'm basing my opinion primarily on what I heard from witness Mitchell, and subsequently what I heard from her friend who saw things from a balcony overlooking the scene of the shooting. They both say Brown stopped, turned around, raised his hands, and was then shot and killed.

She heard shots and then she turned around or looked up.

I'd be willing to bet she did not see the initial shooting.

We can infer that she got caught up in the outrage and came out later in the process as a witness and thus might have already had her perception altered by the unrelenting message being given to the African-American community by not just white liberal media, but their own race-baiting leaders who are jumping on these cases to benefit themselves, not their community.

Label me a sceptic.

The initial shooting is not important. It could well have been justified. It's the final shot or shots that are in question.

I said something about that many posts ago...

;)

Adrenaline mixed with fight or flight response may have caused a temporary state of abject panic.

You cannot begin judging so quickly, even if that is what the press and the so-called African-American community are demanding of you. Who knows,

;) ;)

Maybe the cop is white-hispanic...

I don't think I'm judging too quickly. I originally was giving the cop the benefit of the doubt, as required under our law, which presumes him innocent until proven guilty. I still give him that, legally, but I'm just saying things don't look good for him, at this point. He was fully justified in shooting Brown if Brown attacked him. He was even fully justified in shooting Brown in the back, legally, as Brown was fleeing, if Brown had attacked him. He was not justified, legally or otherwise, in shooting Brown if Brown had stopped fleeing, and had turned around and raised his hands. If that was how it all happened, it's murder.

If the shooting is good then Brown's accomplice can be charged with murder. So the Johnson prolly has his head in the noose over some seegars.
