How many private messages do you get?

I chimed in on another thread with this too, once I got in on a discussion on a GLBT thread and was immediately bombarded with about a dozen guys wanting to blow me. I now understand what the ladies here must go through. I totally understand now why I never get a response from them. I'm tellin' ya, I've had MUCH better success getting laid on Plenty of Fish.com.
 
Like others have written...

Sometimes I get nothing for a week or two.

Others times, I get several in a single day.

Part of seems to depend on whether a new story of mine has been uploaded to Lit.

Or perhaps I've left a comment on a thread.

Other times it's someone's been clicking on the screen names of who's currently on Lit. and reading their profiles and they drop me a note because of something in my profile.
 
I have not really counted but I expect I get 5 or 6 a day. If I carry on a conversation with someone it can get much higher. It seems that when I post something, it will result in 2 or 3 PM's
 
If I'm online, and depending on the time of day, I generally will receive a few per hour. If I'm not online, I only get a few per week. The number tends to go up a bit if I've posted something recently. I currently have a bit of a backlog of interesting PMs to respond to...
 
I get quite a few daily but can't respond to all otherwise I wouldn't anything else with my time
 
Only when I am posting often do I get PMs. One girl was trying to have cybersex with me and I looked at the posts and found out it was a guy! That just killed the mood for some reason. LOL...Now I know how you ladies feel.

i probably get on average 3 per day , i would like more as i love to chat to the lovely people on here .
 
Like most others it varies from nothing for a week or two then a couple a day for a while. I also get messages on yahoo every once in a while.

I get a few a week, almost all from guys. I only answer a few because generally I'm not into the type of things that they're saying in PM's. But occasionally one with catch me at the right time and I'm in the mood for that kind of chat. :eek:

Some days I get none others I might get a couple, mostly from established friends. If I get into a PM conversation, then it could go up to 20 or 30. I'd much rather be looking at quality over quantity as far as PM's go, though.
 
today I had 26 yesterday 23. some days it is much less other days I have had more than 100 on some days with many diff. conversations going on. I Always answere each person as I think it rude not to. I kno9w how it is to not get at least by your leave and do not anyone else to get that feeling. But then that is just me. whatever drives others is their buisness
