I think three: grapes, apples and lemon. Unless you count the cucumber, which technically is a fruit, but most put it in the vegetable side.

yikes.. a full set of cooking knives - 8" and 6" chefs knives, a 5" tomato/sandwich and a 6" santoku, I have a few other paring knives, 2 bread knives, and two pair of kitchen shears. I do keep a couple of small kuhn rikon knives because they're easy to carry to work for things. I have 3 sets of steak knives. I prefer Wusthof classic - have received a few shun as gifts.
