I find that if I bury myself in other people with incredibly unhealthy obsessions with what's going on with them, you have less time to think about yourself and it kinda drowns out the depression and the negative thought schemas. I know that you said you were a loaner, but one person who depends on you is enough to stop suicidal tendencies, because you'll feel like it'll inconvenience someone else, somebody's gonna have to clean that shit up and whatnot...
