Probably not with nettles because they inject the stinging agents into the skin with tiny stinging hairs on the stem and underside of the leaves.

Anything smeared on, like chili for example would transfer to others with touch. How much it stings depends on the thickness of the skin though.
The salsa that stings a bit on your lips doesn't have to sting on your hand and it stings a lot more on dry and cracked winter lips.

You could try finding a plant that you have an unpleasant topical reaction to but not her. I know that I don't react to poison oak, f'ex. Disclaimer: I'm not a MD, don't take this as a professional opinion.

The allergen in poison ivy/poison oak is urushiol, which is an oily substance in the sap. Oils will attack latex condoms; I have no idea how quickly urushiol would damage them, but you might want to watch out for the risk of breakage here. If you're using urushiol or other oils I'd suggest looking for a non-latex condom that's oil-compatible, polyurethane or similar.

If either of you has a history of serious allergic reactions, including asthma, probably better to avoid methods that invoke allergic reactions (including poison ivy/oak) and go with one of the other methods that have been suggested. Don't want to make the scene too realistic ;-)
