Here's an idea I have been playing with, but I can't find the time to write it myself. I've got the whole story line, but it needs a lot of detail.
The main character is a female student, let's call her Elisabeth, who is angry at men in general for a bunch of reasons. Her dad left her mom for a younger woman, her uncle did something unspeakable to her cousin, her boyfriend stole some of her money and disappeared and last but not least her brother recently cheated on his girlfriend, who also happens to Elisabeth's best friend.
Originally she planned to have fun on Halloween (or any other event where people can wear costumes and masks), but because she is so mad, she decides to take revenge. She plans on seducing a random guy and make him pay for everything the men in her life have done wrong.
She goes into town, wearing some sort of sexy outfit and a witches mask and ends up in some frat house. There's a guy, apparently on his own, wearing a black cloak and one of those masks like they wear in the movie scream. She makes sure he notices her, moving around as sexy as she can and finally gestures him to follow her.
She takes him up to a bedroom and tells him to get down on the bed. Their voices are muffles by the masks but they can understand each other anyway.
She tells him to take of the cloak, but keep on the mask, as she doesn't want to know who he is. underneath the cloak he is just wearing boxers. She ties him down using whatever she can find in the room and then cuts his boxers off of his body.
