I suspect its the camera. The surrounding skin (non butt) seems unnaturally red.

I find this whole "likes to be beaten" thing so conflicting. The thought is very arousing and erotic. In practice it, well, hurts!

I did a reverse image lookup on both images and came up with nada. This doesn't necessarily mean that either or both aren't professional photos, it simply means it doesn't come up on that particular search engines' list of commonly searched images.

In my opinion, it is both the same person but they artistically tried to improve the look of the second image which gave you that impression of it being professional. A halo is a cheap way of doing that:
Given:

• the image is square and should have been zoomed in and landscape oriented
• that the subject isn't centered in the image but has a huge "border" of black at the top
• the halo isn't round (or better ovoid) but sort of parallelogram-ish

this is a rookie attempt at editing their unprofessional taken photo.
