Looking at some of your posts - you seem to be going with a reverse inter-racial theme. That is going to be hard - as in trying to develop tension etc.
Why not just keep race as a minor/secondary plot device? That may help moving forward.
In otherwords - create your scene first and then populate with your characters.

Since he didn't correct anybody Black Male/ Black Woman would be my guess.
That's unfortunately kinda the bitch maker. Black on black isn't Interractial. I feel like I must have a story that fits that but damned if I remember I don't make a habit of labeling the races of the characters UNLESS it's an IR story in the IR category. And then I make it the center of the story because. ..you know the category is labeled IR. Just like I don't mention the characters being in love unless it's romance so on and so forth.
Basically unless we're going super offensive and using fried chicken dildos and spouting rap lyrics the best option is to simply write a fetish story where the characters are black. It's essentially no different from any other story with a fetish.

It's rare that I say "name one" but yeah someone needs to name a community where dating inside your race is unusual. I think the closest you can come to that would be some place that had so few members of a given race that dating within your race is difficult. Like I'm sure the number of Aborigine Men in Japan dating Aborigine Women is one. And that's because there are only three of them in Japan and two of them are male.
I thought it was something about Bowel Movement, but I guess Black Man/Black woman might make more sense, though how that is interracial or fetish, I don't know and still leaves me confused and holding the bridge of my nose.

I may be giving the OP the benefit of the doubt but I think he wants to see black characters in a fetish story. As I already pointed out however that would go under Fetish. There are probably a lot of them that just didn't get labeled as anything but Fetish because black men with black women doesn't get a label.
