The author might have had them removed for publication or other reasons.

Wouldn't be surprised if he just got pissed off from all the flack he was getting from everyone and did the ultimate "fuck you" and pulled them all. Such a shame because it was such a great story. But as fans, we tend to think that because we've invested in the story, we therefore have some kind of ownership of it...which we don't. Sad to see it go. Maybe we'll see it again?

Oh well, as they say.. once it's on the internet.. it stays on the internet.
So i was able to read back the comments and make sure to have a local copy for if i wish to read it again.
I understand the author for wanting to publish.. but to do it after 41 chapters, in this way.. And after first saying he will stop posting after the current arch is over (which i can live with) as to only end up removing everything... thats pretty dam lame.
This does not make me want to cough up money, which i otherwise likely would have done.

Hi,
This will sound pretty random but I came across this comment and I am really really hoping that you still have this backup because as far as I can tell the author never published the story and I would like nothing more than to read what had been originally written having only got a few chapters in and getting hooked before it all disappeared one day.
