So to sum up-
1) How does one be loud during sex?
2) I don't move (much) during sex, is this normal? Or I can't figure out how to move during sex, is that normal?

Running off this chain of assumptions, I've found that people either are loud or not during sex. I've known women that are only quiet if you shove a dick in their mouth and I've known others that make whispers at the loudest. There is nothing wrong with not being loud as long as your partner knows that you're having a good time. Beyond that, it's no one else's business.

Movement- well that comes with time, mood and stimulation. If you're not all hot and bothered to be there, it can be difficult to find motivation to be very active. Or maybe you just don't move a lot or make noise during sex. If it disturbs your lover, have him/her/them order you to do things. If its a command performance, that may free up any inhibitions you have against movement.

Or you could just be a a quiet, still lay. It does happen and there are plenty of men/women/etc. out there that would enjoy you just as you are.

Dont be afraid to be who you are

It seems you are less of the chaser in bed then the receiver. I must admit some guys do find that attractive and dont ever be afraid to be who you are.

If you are worried about how another person is in bed. Dont just plain dont they are they and you are you. Be who you are.

If you are looking for an answer to how are people loud in bed a quick google search or porn search should answer that question and disterb you quickly at the same time depending on what you find.

If you are having a problem discribing how you are in bed or what you do in bed it seems an odd topic to have with someone who is not part of that experiance.

If however it is the question somehow obscured by the writting that you are looking to become more motionful in bed or louder then there are quite a few ways to do that and someone would have to know you better to give suggestions on how to do that as each person is different in that manner on how confident they are and what would lite that flame for them so to speak.
IE some may like romance, some bdsm, some slave and master, some warm baths, some burlesque, some sentual, some erotic, some ect.... it really depends on the person.
