Problem w/ submitting Text w/ Audio

Hey guys, I've just tried to submit for the first time, I completed the entire form, filled out the tags, etc, then hit "preview" at the bottom of the page. The page takes a little while to load than normally, finally I am then taken to a page that tells me the page isn't available. I've repeated this process 4 times now. (captured and attached the page for reference, and btw my internet connection is fine)

Does someone know why this is happening? Thanks, I appreciated all offered suggestions.

Have you tried submitting it other ways, like via email or uploading the audio file directly to the server, as described here?

If not, I'd give that a try. If so, or you're still having trouble, PM Laurel.

I've tried to send it through email but it exceeds size limit. Who is Laurel? Thanks for the message.
