Depends so much on which meeting. First meeting, for coffree say, will be in public. I would. Suggest not making too much effort at first. If your meeting during work time then go as you are (don't want work colleagues getting suspect). If outside work then I'd suggest smart casual. Sothing that shows off your figure but still leaves plenty to the imagination. Then build up (or down depending on how you look at it) from there. More than happy to add further details if you pm me. For me, it depends on what the girl looks like - it's important for me that she's comfortable in what she's wearing.
Ideally, for me, something classy, demure and feminine on the outside - and something that's clearly been thought about underneath. Black, silk and lace and with stockings if your legs can carry then off. If it's stocking, always with suspenders.

I'm a bit above your age limit but I'm probably typical of older men.
The basic idea should be: treat him like a king and he'll treat you like a princess, which is why, I assume, that you're interested in an older man.
For a meet I would expect her to make as much of an effort as I would. I am really delighted if a girl dresses elegantly, attractively, sophisticatedly and seductively for me. When I see a girl like that I want to give her a totally, amazingly wonderful time both before and after bed-time. Generally speaking, since there's a bit of an age difference...there is already plenty of fodder for onlookers to speculate about so no need to aim for racy. He likely will feel plenty smug with himself just being in the company of an attractive young woman. I would aim for stylish, almost business attire...at least for public.

If you've been with a man for a while, and ask him what you should wear, the honest answer will be "anything...but let's go."
If this is the first time you're meeting him, I guess a bit of effort can go a long way: you never have a second chance to make a first impression, and his first impression of you will likely set the tone for your relationship...if it gets past the first date.
