For me it steadily increased with age (15 - 20 minutes as a young man to nearly an hour now) and I am not aware of any way to get the turnaround time reduced to as it was when I was young. Some people talk about exotic herbs etc. I do not have any first hand experience so I won't say that it doesn't work... but I just think it is age related.
