I've got to buy a calendar

Oldies go at it like rabbits, after all they've already learnt all the good moves

I worship you as Springtime comes
especially on this day,
because you get to spin the wheel
and earn another lay.
We may not be so sprightly now
but we've learnt the best of moves
and each time that we practice them
our bed technique improves.
So let the youngsters think it's they
invented thrust and splatters,
