Agreed. I don't work retail anymore, but my job is repairing a very specific piece of equipment. That people in "retail" use all the time, and I hear and see what those people do. OMG.

But serious... HAVE YOU TRIED TURNING IT OFF AND ON AGAIN.

To clarify, I was talking about my co-workers. I swear half of them shouldn't even be breathing, let alone holding down a job. How any of them made it as far in life as they have is beyond me.
