Same! I don't even mind the cold - but this wind has it in for me! I feel like someone is slapping me in the face every few seconds.

You poor dear. :(

It is snowing here which in the southeast does not happen often.

The wind is not too bad though, thankfully.

Bundle up. :)

Aquagal your hair looks like mine if I don't straighten it out every morning.

Girl, I am wrapped up in two blankets and a comforter, no way I am going back out  And I heard about the snow, a friend of mine called saying that her daughter was stranded at school because the district didn't cancel school in time.

I hope it isn't as bad where you are.

Oh no, it is not.

I did just go out to grab some she-crab soup and realized what an idiotic idea that was, after the fact of course;). My car slid and my little girl was frightened when that happened. In for the night!

If you still feel cold what usually works for me is to have some soup or tea. Warms me up inside and makes the cold more bearable.

Are you in the UK or America currently? (Or is that too personal)

Pobrecita :( The wort thing I've done in search of food is leave my apartment barefoot at night wearing leggings and a tshirt just so I could get some pizza across the way - it was 3 in the morning, mind you. I slipped and fell straight on my ass.

I have a kettle on right now, not sure what kind of tea I want yet.

No it's fine! I'm in America right now.

*laughing*

I have had many the sore bottom when I lived in Germany and Maine from slipping on the ice.

When my girlfriends and I would stay out all night dancing, we would grab pizza on the way home. We would pile into bed and eat it and talk about our night and fall asleep, shoving the pizza boxes under the bed just before nodding off. In the morning, hung over, one would just have to pull the box out from under the bed and instant breakfast.

:D

I am having peppermint tea with honey at the moment.

How do you like America?

My worst fall was a face plant.

I was in a snowball fight with a guy I liked and I had pelted him some snow balls and he was coming for me and I broke into a run and BAM! I had a big egg form on my head, my nose bled and one of my bottom teeth chipped.

I got out of school for a couple of days though and the guy I was pelting and had a crush on held me until the other kids were able to get my parents. :D

I was quite proud of myself because I hadn't slipped on the ice in over a month, so I got cocky and did some spins on it, and ended up sliding down the damned sidewalk in front of a lot of people. So... I've learned to respect the ice.

Lmao, is there anything better than pizza when hung over? Well, perhaps other than not having a hangover at all.

That sounds good! I'll make the same.

I suppose I do, it's a bit of an adjustment, even after years. Pace of life is different here. Though, I do find the people to be much friendlier. :D

Oh no! My face hurts just thinking about it.

But hey, bodily injury isn't so bad when it results in being held.
