Poetry in punctuation:
This notice (out of the West Virginia chemical spill) is written in a seldom used form known as hillbilly haiku. It manages to express the anguish of the Ancient Mariner, Water water everywhere... not a drop to drink, but expresses hope by use of a semicolon instead of a period, giving the feeling that it's less than a full stop.
