I don't believe the OP was discussing Laurel or Manu, or Lit rules. I believe she was speaking of Lit users. Most likely those who might agree with ideology. If I'm wrong about that, then I'll apologise and mean it.

You, on the other hand, mentioned free speech in a way that means one should disregard racism in favor of free speech. Is that incorrect?

But, in the spirit of debate. I'll answer your question. No. No laws have been broken, nor terms of service violated.

The only thing that pisses me off more than racism is apathy. Or maybe watered drinks. It's a toss-up.

It was just a strange response. I felt like I came in half way through a discussion, possibly from another thread. I genuinely figured I had to have missed something.

Byron/Ann hasn't made one lucid, logical post since they got here, till now. I'm flabbergasted at the sudden sobriety and clarity and directness. Its different.

BTW Confederate money is worth more than US currency these days.

I am absolutely positive that Phelia would have nothing to do with him. She's a nice girl and he's an inveterate asshole...well, to be fair so am I, but in a very different way.

What, exactly, causes you to make the statement that the OP opposes free speech?

Free speech does not give anyone immunity from criticism. Obviously, those who speak in opposition have the same right to express themselves as does the original speaker.

JBJ is either a racist, or gets a kick out of provoking people into believing him one, which is a distinction without a difference. He has a right to express those opinions. Others have a right to denounce them.

He lost his certificate back in the Great Trailer Fire of 1998. The Von Mises Institute charges $20 for a replacement certificate and he can't afford it.

Looks like I'm gonna hafta go over to Home Depot to get a box of paint chips to mail to everyone so they can select the hue that matches their skin color, and send it back to me, so I know who to add to IGGY.
