Thank you so very much for your kind words.
I'm certainly no role model. Letting your guard down, letting people in, actually believing in love and the goodness of others.... all kind of suck in the end
You tend to get let down more than proven right. But I am who I am and I as hard as I have tried to change myself in the past - I'm continually unsuccessful.
Today has been kind of a crumby day - trying to figure out how I fit into a very confusing situation that I've gotten myself in to.... so your positiveness is truly welcomed.
I don't know if I mentioned elsewhere in my thread, but I'm also a Steelers fan.... Quite a disappointing weekend :\

Stacy,
I just came across the thread and am sorry to have missed the hay day of your posting. I did enjoy going back through and reading it and seeing a refreshingly real woman, not afraid to let her guard down and still believes in real love. What a tremendous role model for other women and girls out there that seem to only be able to measure their self worth by their relationship and can't be happy on their own.
An intoxicating smile, lust for life, strength, wisdom beyond your years, an open heart, a loving soul and a warm personality make you who you are; you seem amazingly wonderful.
A cycling fan, a photographer, a book nerd and a Penguins fan make you that much sexier!
Please don't ever change.
