You really need to rethink Queen Nancy. Her clothes for every White House function were couture. And if you don't know what that means look it up. She also kept all those clothes the people paid for. You mentioned Reagan to his ranch. That still involved packing everything up placing it on AF-1 or AF cargo jets and flying across country to California. Packing up the limos, helos, personal assistants, et al too. So every visit to their ranch cost tens of millions.

How much of the money for the party is public money? I'm sure the big moneyed Dems pony up lots of bucks for this party because they want invitations.
